Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at The Creators Emporium.

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 60 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 60 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

 

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return or exchange, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 60 days
  • The Goods are in the original packaging
  • The Goods were not used or damaged
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase

    We reserve the right to refuse returns & exchanges if any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

     

    Returning Goods

    Returning Goods for a refund

    To initiate the returns process, click on the accounts icon in the website header (top right) or to go "More Info" and click "My Orders", and log in to view Your previous order details. From there You can submit a return request. Once approved, We will send you a prepaid return shipping label.

    Return shipping is charged at a flat rate of £2.99 plus an 8% restocking fee. This amount will be deducted from the refund amount.

    You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, You must take care to ensure that the Goods are properly packaged.

    Once Our warehouse confirms receipt of the Goods, We will be able to initiate the refund.

     

    Exchanging Goods

    Returning Goods for an exchange

    To initiate the exchange process, email Us at hello@tiny-treehouses.com or via the Contact Us page, and let Us know which items you are returning and which items You would like instead. Please include Your order details, and confirm Your current shipping address when You contact Us.

    We will send You a free prepaid return label to return the Goods, however We will charge You the standard shipping fee for the new Goods.

    You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, You must take care to ensure that the Goods are properly packaged.

    Once Our warehouse confirms receipt of the Goods, We will send You an email invoice to settle the shipping cost of the new Goods. If there is a price difference with the Goods You are exchanging, we will add / deduct the difference to the invoice. 

    When You have completed the transaction, We will process the order for the new Goods.

      

    Gifts

    Exchanging Goods you received as a gift

    If You received the Goods as a gift and You would like to exchange them, You must first obtain the order number and email address from the gift giver who purchased the Goods. Then, email this information to Us at hello@tiny-treehouses.com or via the Contact Us page, and let Us know which items You are returning and which items You would like instead. Please confirm Your current shipping address when You contact Us.

    We will send You a free prepaid return label to return the Goods, however We will charge You the standard shipping fee for the new Goods.

    You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, You must take care to ensure that the Goods are properly packaged.

If the exchange results in a negative balance, We will issue You with a store credit.

    When You have completed the transaction, We will process the order for the new Goods.

    Returning gifts for a refund

    If You received the Goods as a gift and You would like to return them for a refund, then the gift giver must initiate the refund process as outlined above. The refund will be issued to the gift giver.

    Interpretation and Definitions

    Interpretation

    The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

    • Website refers to The Creators Emporium, accessible from www.tiny-treehouses.co.uk
    • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
